JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We're seeking a creative, dynamic, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our lead generation and customer acquisition strategies. As a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that generate quality leads for our sales team.
• Plan, develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to generate leads for our fintech solution.
• Leverage both digital (SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, etc.) and traditional marketing channels to reach potential customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech and B2B payment industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and media outlets.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the fintech or B2B sector.
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms, etc.)
