Position Title: Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A trusted Retail group, based in Dubai with known expansion in the Middle East Region.
Job Description:
- Design a highly comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the group's overall business objectives.
- Maintain a strong relationship with partner agencies in marketing – at all brands/levels.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the group, including digital, social media, print, and events, to measure effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment with other departments to meet overall business plans.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- Open to Indian nationalities- Male, 35 to 45 years old
- Must be bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must have at least 8 years total experience Senior Marketing Manager handling diverse retail products.
- Must know how to lead Marketing team, expert with development and implementation of marketing campaign.
