JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and boost customer engagement for the organization.
- Execute brand marketing campaigns and manage the brand launch calendar, coordinating with departments for successful rollouts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and understand consumer behavior.
- Provide training toolkits to outlet staff to ensure consistent brand messaging linked to promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing initiatives, analyzing sales data and KPIs to measure ROI and identify areas for improvements.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure activities align with customer preferences and provide feedback for improvements.
- Manage PR agency to drive brand awareness through events, PR activations, and influencer collaborations.
- Oversee the company’s social media presence, creating and curating engaging content while analyzing performance for optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
- Lead influencer engagement strategies and leverage relationships with media and partners to enhance brand reputation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and resources efficiently to maximize impact.
- Create internal marketing news to keep teams updated on key campaigns and activations.
- Analyze competitor activities and integrate findings into strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives within budget and timelines.
- Keep up to date with marketing technologies and tools to stay competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.- A Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, typically from 5-10 yrs.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in hospitality business, is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Proven record for management skills.
- Experience with Communications / PR and events.
- Arabic Speaking Preferred.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
