JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Issue DA (Documents against Acceptance) in order for invoices to be kept on track for every shipping transaction as per company's guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate the booking of cargo space with shipping lines, airlines, or freight forwarders.
• Determine the most cost-effective and efficient shipping routes and methods for each shipment.

Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe
Qualifications:
• Open to CIS and Asian nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business Management, Hospitality or a related field
• At least 2 years' solid experience within an international environment and working on projects related to Shipping /Logistics
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
Salary:
AED
12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
