Description
As a Ford Master Technician, you will be the expert in our workshop, responsible for diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles to the highest factory standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your advanced technical expertise, work with cutting-edge diagnostic tools, and share your knowledge with other technicians.
Key duties:
- Complex diagnostics and repairs: Perform in-depth diagnostics and repairs on all Ford vehicle systems, ensuring every job is done right the first time.
- Technical leadership: Utilize Ford's diagnostic tools and stay up-to-date on all training and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) to remain at the forefront of your field.
- Quality assurance: Ensure all repairs meet Ford's strict warranty and safety standards.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor, providing support and training to junior technicians to help them develop their skills.
- Communication: Clearly communicate repair needs and solutions to service staff and customers.
Requirements
- Ford Master Technician certification is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of automotive technician experience, with a background in Ford vehicles preferred.
- Exceptional mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- A good level of English is required to communicate effectively.
