JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Responsibilities
- Need to have knowledge in ERP system (Oracle) & MS Office.
- Review and verify BOQ data against project requirements and specifications.
- Essential knowledge in PR, PO, MIR, MR & SR, which relate to material handling.
- Ability to navigate through ERP to analyze material availability and expected material receipt date.
- Capable of coordinating with different departments for troubleshooting.
- Interface with engineering as required to troubleshoot bill of material inaccuracies.
- Required good communication skills to work with team members and departmental leaders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in material coordination within construction or engineering industries.
- Experience with project management software and ERP systems is essential for efficient material tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions about material procurement and usage.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills are crucial for liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands while maintaining a proactive approach.
