JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
As one of two Engineers you will be supporting the Associate Directors by managing the design team of up to 25 staff. Your role will be to ensure the designs are correct and of a high standard. You will occasionally be asked to help with the actual design, but predominantly you will be overseeing the designers.You will be also be involved in managing projects, attending client meetings and assisting with the development of the business by bringing in new clients.
REQUIREMENTS
As the ideal candidate you must have either a mechanical or electrical engineering degree. A minimum of four years experience in consultancies with a strong design background. You must be a proactive person and a strong leader, a big part of the job will be dealing with clients, therefore experience in this area is a must. Experience in Autocad and Revit are important. You must either be in the process of or already a Chartered Engineer.
