Are you an Abu Dhabi based Mechanical Engineer that has a strong network of pricing and local supply chain experience?
The right person will have 10 Years’ Experience handling mechanical design, tenders and estimation experience.
International Main Contractor based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Mechanical Engineer that can work in the pre construction , technical and tender department.
You will have the experience to add value through out the bidding process in the Head Office in Abu Dhabi.
You will be joining one of the largest European Main Contractors in the world.
This employer has been in business for 65 Years and has a superb reputation for large scale iconic projects across the Gulf region.
Based on Abu Dhabi Island not far from the Corniche is where you will be based.
Working closely alongside an Estimation Manager & Technical Manager . Working in a team handling tenders of 500 Million AED Up to 3.4 Billion.
You will add value, advise and technical expertise for all the mechanical elements that go into a Major Build or Civil Engineering project.
Think …High Rise , Museum , Hospital , Airport Terminal , Metro , Power Plant and so on……

Salary:
AED
10,000 to 16,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Medical & Annual Flight
REQUIREMENTS
The following is essential:
- Currently based in the UAE
- Clear experience for a Mechanical Sub Contractor or Main Contractor in the UAE
- Strong experience on AUTOCAD & REVIT
- 10 Years relevant Mechanical Design & Estimation experience
- Understand it’s a 6 day working week in the Head Office
- Accept the budget provided no negotiation we are afraid
- Naturally a strong communicator
- IT Literate with clear strength on software , emails , word , excel and so on
- Able to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes & tender deadlines
