JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 6 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting and should be able to join within a month.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents for submission.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.• 3 to 6 years of experience working with an MEP Contractor in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, estimation software/Plan swift, and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 9,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
