Position Title: Mechanical Inspector
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.
Job Description:
• Attend to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Oversee and inspect all mechanical work and ensure that installation activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control standards.
• Receive material inspection requests (MIR) from contractor, inspect materials delivered at site and report on quantity and technical compliance and sign off requests.
• Keep, monitor, and follow up as necessary and maintain complete record(s) concerning the execution of the works.
• Ensures that the project quality control procedures are used for the construction supervision works and monitors it for improvement.
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open to Indian nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil inspection of high-rise residential tower projects
• Extensive experience in Testing & Commissioning of HVAC systems of apartment building projects in Dubai
