As a Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth within the UAE market, building and managing relationships with healthcare institutions. You will promote a wide range of surgical devices, ensuring client satisfaction while achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Manage key accounts and provide technical product support.
- Monitor market trends and offer feedback to improve products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within medical devices or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of surgical products.
- Self-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Network of healthcare decision makers across the UAE
