We are an International Recruiting Consultant based in the UK actively seeking suitably qualified and experienced “Medical Director” to join of the well reputed healthcare providers throughout the UAE.
Our client, a well reputed healthcare provider, urgently requires a Medical Director.

Responsibilities:
- You should be able to demonstrate an impressive management style to plan and lead the various departments by ensuring that appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed.
- You will participate in administrative decision making and recommend and approve policies and procedures.
- You will and coordinate physician services and services provided by other professionals as they relate to patient care.
- You will interface between Surgical / Medical and other departments are managed optimally.
- Ensure clinical integrity of broad and significant clinical programs, including the overall medical policies of the hospital.
Benefits Package:
- Generous Tax Free salary ranging from AED 60,000 to 85,000 a month

REQUIREMENTS
A recognized Specialty Certificate with 5+ years’ experience from:
- UK/Ireland (CCT/CCST)
- America/Canada (ABMS/RCPSC/CFPC)
- South African Board or Fakhartz (TIER ONE)
- MOH License
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of training and/or work experience in a Western setting
- Must be fluent in Arabic
Desirable Experience:
- DHA / HAAD license
- GMC Registration or similar
- Previous experience of working in the UAE
