JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Studying clients’ insurance proposals and assessing background information in order to effectively assess the risk involved before writing policies and adding specific conditions when required.
• Gathering and assessing background calculating possible risk and deciding how many clients should pay as premium.
• Gathers and prepares preliminary clinical and medical analysis based on information from historical claims utilization data.
• Develops/prepares reports and assists in the development of new/revised polices and guidelines based on utilization and clinical trends.
• Develops maintains audits and reviews functional databases and identifies inconsistencies.
• Prepares clinical and medical recommendations based on data summaries, trends analysis, and business analysis.
• Provide support to rate development through timely and accurate clinical and medical analysis to ascertain future risks and support the underwriting and risk management decision.
• Computing results for appropriate premiums using actuarial information, other statistics and own judgement.
• To verify that product rates are adequate and within the terms before risk acceptance also visit brokers or potential clients for preparing quote if required.
• Evaluating the risk and calculating the loss ratio and pricing the risk and preparing underwriting report.
• Follow up on renewal lapses to ensure the renewals are done timely. negotiating terms with policyholders or their brokers;
• Underwriting advice on policy wording/policy documents experience

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
• 6 - 7 Years employment
• The suitable person should be able to know the medical market very well in the U.A.E, benefits, networks
• Should have excellent communication skills and holds strong relationships with underwriters in the insurance Companies.
• The candidate should be able to visit clients to explain the new and renewals benefits
• Job Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Certification/Professional qualification
• Skills:medical underwriting,underwriting,insurance,assistant manager,am,medical policies
