JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
- Greet members and/or guests with a smile and assisting them with their enquiries.
- Assist in answering phone calls, calling website leads, acknowledging medical suspension and resignation requests from customers.
- Receive membership subscription fees and handover the payment received to the Finance department along with the relevant documents.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding members Statement of Accounts (SOA).

Qualification:
- Open to Asian nationalities
- Female, 35 years old and below
- At least 1 year experience in customer service; home country experience is accepted
- Secondary School Certificate and basic computer skills are required
- Fire Fighting Course / Fire Marshal training is preferred but not mandatory
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized

Salary:
AED 1,800 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
