JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is a leading MEP contractor with a growing regional presence. They require an MEP Construction Manager to lead the team on a mixed use commercial, multi million dollar project in Dubai. Candidates should have experience on similar mixed use developments and the ability to lead a team on large scale projects. The scope of the work will encompass HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years experience as a Construction/Site Manager for a reputable organization 3 of which will be in the Gulf region, (ideally with a specialist MEP contractor). Candidates should also have successfully started and completed at least 2-3 projects of a value of +100M and be able to provide references from previous employers.
