JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Taylor Sterling is looking for an experienced MEP Design Engineer to join a large investment company in Abu Dhabi who are developing high end building projects. Client manages in-house well-diversified portfolios in the region. They are looking for a candidate with several years experience with international consultancies in the Middle East region.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years of MEP Design experience in an MEP consulting firm
• BS Architectural Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree
• MS or equivalent degree is an asset
• Able to read Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical drawings
• Able to apply prescriptive requirements of MEP building services engineering codes
• Experience with large scale building projects
• Able to perform detailed site surveys
• Able to communicate ideas effectively in meetings with architects and consultants
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative thinker with effective teamwork skills
• Excellent client relations skills
• Able to meet deadlines and communicate with team around deliverable schedules
