JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Thorough understanding of the applicable codes and standards for MEP works in UAE.
- Well-conversant with pre-bid and post- bid procedures.
- Ability to carry out material take-off from Drawings and prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for getting material prices.
- Well understanding for contract terminologies and clauses.
- Ability to prepare sub-contract packages to obtain the quotations from sub-contractors/vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Any Engineering background
- 8-10 years of experience in construction industry
- Current location: UAE
- Through exposure to MEP installations and equipment.
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals as per the requirements.
