Role summary:
Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of electrical systems in line with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards across multiple real estate developments.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare technical submissions and coordinate with consultants for approvals.
- Supervise and inspect electrical works including LV panels, lighting, earthing, etc.
- Monitor project milestones, manpower productivity, and material requirements.
- Ensure adherence to DEWA and other authority regulations.
- Support procurement team with BOQs and material submittals.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–8 years experience in UAE/MENA construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and electrical load calculations.
