JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A Leading MEP contracting company in the Middle East is now recruiting for an MEP Project Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to partake in a large scale luxury project in Dubai.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading a project team to ensure that the Client's and the Company's objectives in undertaking the project are achieved.
- Implementation of the project's quality and safety plans, and ensure the safety of all personnel and property.
- Liaising and coordinating with Sub Contractors and/or suppliers of specialized services or equipment.
- Liaising with General Manager to secure suitably skilled/qualified personnel, plant, equipment and other resources required for the project.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate need to have extensive experience in MEP site based project management in the Middle East. Applicants should have delivered M&E works in the UAE OF AED 300M +.
Candidates should also hold a degree in either electrical or mechanical engineering. MEP Contractor work experience is essential.
