About the Client:
This leading maintenance service provider is owned by a large holding company based in the UAE.

Job Description:
• Collect and review all pertinent documents, including property plans, technical drawings, and project specifications, and inspect the construction site to fully understand the required work.
• Estimate the costs of maintenance and construction projects, collaborating with contractors, sub-contractors, and architects to provide the most cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.
• Obtain and review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors, identifying labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, then decide on the most suitable offer.
• Assess the levels of commercial risk on a project and determine client requirements.
• Assist with bids for new contracts and support procurement buying activities.
• Present the prepared estimate to the client by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
