JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team to ensure optimal usage of manpower and resources.
• Conduct site inspections on a random basis to monitor the benchmark of work and schedule.
• Coordinate with other teams and ensure that both the quality and quantity of the jobs are in line with company policy.
• Promote a safe work environment, ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment, and respond to emergencies during and after hours to address urgent requirements.
• Receive and complete work orders, including records of time, labor, and materials for each task.

Salary: up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
• 45 y/o and below
• With a technical certificate or diploma in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Interior Fit Out industry
• Knowledgeable of MEP installation and civil related works, pipefitting, electrical and electronic fault diagnosis, and brazing techniques as applicable to HVAC field
• Good understanding of A/C systems and controls
