JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Monitors current Brand Sales, Stocks and Sell Through by preparing reports which helps better planning for clearing the current stocks on hand and buying new stocks.

Job Accountabilities:

The accountabilities should be concise and preferably not exceeding 10 accountabilities. Each accountability should have a percentage towards the total work (For Example, managing cash flow consists 30% of my total accountability)
• Liaise with Inventory and IT to ensure system stock accuracy
• Monitor 0 sales of each store and prepare transfer
• Prepare stock report and highlights variances in meeting with management
• Consolidate ranges between stores
• Monitor product performance and proposed which item will be markdown and forward to Buyer
• Prepare Sale List and liaise with PR for sale application
• Upload item pricing and liaise with IT and store for the replication
• Prepare listing in E-commerce and update prices in E-commerce
• Monitor and track E-commerce delivery
• Visit store and maintain regular communication

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Educated to degree level

Experience:
• 4+ years in Merchandising in fashion retail

Knowledge/Skills:
• Good IT, numerical and analytical capabilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision would be an additional advantage.

Language (Job Specific):
• English
