JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Objective:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining software solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics platforms. Work closely with business analysts and end-users to understand business requirements and design solutions that improve business processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and implement software solutions that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Modifies D365 user interface based on business requirements using X++.
• Performs debugging and unit testing of D365 solutions.
• Promote D365 models from development, test, and staging environments.
• Support, maintain, and modify existing systems and integrations.
• 3+ years of overall professional experience in D365 for Finance and Operations.
• X++ development experience and following D365 Finance and Operations best practices.
• Ability to do Code Review.
• Microsoft Dev Ops, Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
• Produce technical specifications based on functional design specifications for D365 solutions.
• Ability to reconcile user requirements to technical specifications and new system capabilities.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications, to ensure data consistency and seamless operations.
• Able to provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of Expertise.
• Experience with D365 extensible data security (XDS) policies.
• Any other task from the direct supervisor with the job responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS

Requisite Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science.
• At least 3 years’ Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
• Strong knowledge of X++, C#,ASP.net, API, Json, JavaScript, SSRS and other programming languages relevant to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Experience Requirement:
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Workflow.
• Experience in creating and modifying forms with SSRS.
• Technical proficiency with SQL for reviewing data, troubleshooting, developing user reports, and testing/validating source system data.
