We are seeking an experienced and versatile Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist who possesses both technical (coding/development) and functional (business process/implementation) expertise. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the implementation, customization, support, and continuous improvement of our Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business processes to design Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize modules in Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance, Sales, Warehouse, etc.).
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions.
• Support end-users by troubleshooting functional issues and providing training.
• Lead and support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Technical Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain customizations in Dynamics 365 Business Central in AL programming.
• Create and modify plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Perform data migrations.
• Maintain system documentation, including design specs and change logs.
• End to End Customization and Implementation of SaaS D365 Business Central including migrations from NAV.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Strong programming experience with AL.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and RESTful APIs.

Functional Skills:
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, CRM, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementations and user training.
• Ability to create clear documentation and articulate complex systems to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central, Functional Consultant or Developer Associate.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Teams, or Office 365.
