JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• To monitor, measure and report on MIS & KPI across ITMAM
• Manage and maintain MIS on all Itmam activities.
• Track, Analyze historical data, trend and report ITMAM and individual unit’s performance.
• Liaise with activity coordinators to obtain data in an efficient manner.
• Ensures timely submission of reports & Escalates issues in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
• Adherence to department governance and SOPs
• Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
• Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years’ work experience
• University Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree
• Very good Written and verbal English
• Report writing skills
• Working knowledge of banking systems (or similar)
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite
• Analytical and logical thinking
