Mod Project Engineer

Essential responsibilities

Site coordination survey preparation and prestart requirements.
Planning and controlling of site logistics and work execution.
Site safety and quality requirements.
Team handling.
Project cost control.
PR for tools, material, and manpower.
On-time handing over of projects as per technical contractual agreement and program.

Basic qualifications

Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers.
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
Candidate should be comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software.

Preferred qualifications

Minimum 5-year elevator industry experience.
