• To represent ADCB and sign on behalf of ADCB for property registrations and property transfers as the authorized representative of the bank. To submit and collect the property and other security documents to and from land departments, developer offices and other banks. To issue letters ,pay orders and process loan applications and transactions as the maker or checker in line with the authorized authority levels and the bank’s policies and processes.
• Represent ADCB in the Land departments, Developers’ office, buy out banks for property registrations, property transfers in line with the agreed policies and processes.
• Issue letters, pay orders and other documents related to the property registration and transfers and collect the documents from land departments, developers and banks in line with the agreed process.
• Maintain reports and trackers for all the transactions carried out and do the necessary follow up for pending documents to ensure all managed and maintained in line with the agreed standards.
• Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance.
• Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
• Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
