JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
A new opportunity has arisen from a well-known AI/Technology institution in Abu Dhabi, and they are looking for an MS Dynamics 365 Engineer. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Provide the first level of support for all the functional and technical requirements of the users.
• Get involved in the business processes and solution design and will be hands-on in configuring and customizing the implemented Dynamics 365.
• Configure and develop reports and functionalities for the following modules:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• General Ledger
• Cash & Bank
• Budgeting
• Fixed Assets
• Procurement & Inventory
• Sales
• Project Accounting
• Design and develop modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Implement coding, unit testing, and creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics-based Solutions.
• Collaborate with users and implementation partners for the integration of various systems with Dynamics 365.
• Gain an understanding of user needs and collaborates with implementation vendor and support teams to complete design and testing documentation.
• Provide technical input in creating functional specifications when integration, customizations, or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed.
• Develop and Implements reports as per requirements and standards.
• Develop and configure reports in Power BI
• Awareness of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, Sure Step.
• Participates in the system and acceptance testing.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you have to meet the following requirements:
Core competencies:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Programming, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related field. Additional certifications will be highly advantageous for the position.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence business outcomes.
• Must be flexible on working hours and patterns to support the needs of the business
• Must have strong communication skills in English.
Experience:
• Experience in working as a techno-functional consultant for 3 to 5 years
• Should have done at least 3 end-to-end implementation in above mentioned modules
• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 technical development/implementation, installation, configuration, source code deployment, and upgrade of the version through LCS.
• Experience with handling jobs and queries in AOT.
• Microsoft .NET technology and the Microsoft Visual Studio development system
• Programming experience with SSRS development and SSIS Development in SQL Server
• Experience in developing reports with Power BI taking source of data as Dynamics 365.
