JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Assist sales director and regional sales manager to negotiate with new distributor about contract issues.
- Assist sales director and regional sales manager to facilitate the partner switch.
- Design and implement Network Development Plan according to the annual business plan.
- Evaluate the application documents of new dealer.
- Assist sales director and regional sales manager to design annual business policy and assessments.
- Monitor dealer showrooms daily operation situation and make a daily report.
- Dealer network improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant resources to do training with the dealers.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelors Degree
- At least 7 years experience
- Proven track record in a similar role
