JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Leading UAE based retail bank require a Senior Network Security analyst to join their dynamic IT department.
You must have extensive knowledge of Firewalls, ISA/Proxy server and antivirus configuration to ensure that the bank systems are adequately protected from intrusion. You will be responsible for the implementation of security standards and policies as well as the supervision of all network security systems used by the bank. You will also be responsible for identification of security risks and provide recommendations to minimise/resolve any impact to the business. In addition, you will be involved in the design/configuration of the SMTP gateway reducing levels of SPAM mail received into the organisation. Experience of Juniper, Symantec and CISCO technologies a distinct advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
You should be degree educated and have several years experience within a similar role, ideally within a banking/financial environment. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to communicate with users at all levels.
