JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

To provide the highest standard of medical telehealth service, triage support and case management to Emirates eligible staff and customers.

To provide support to eligible staff members who become ill while abroad, including coordinating medical appointments, managing payments, and ensuring their overall well-being throughout the recovery process.

Assist the Ground Medical Services doctor in handling medical emergencies during flights and performing predeparture medical screenings.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience
- Medical/Safety
- Medical Administration: 5+ Years
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent medical qualification Experience in Medical/Pre-hospital emergency/Nursing/Medical insurance

Knowledge/skills:
- Associate degree in nursing or Allied health - Registered Medical professional.
- Experience in Primary Care/Aviation Medicine /prehospital emergency
- Ability to learn and develop competency in a telehealth medical setting
- Fluent in English written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and develop competency in a telehealth medical setting
- Case Management experience in medical assistance beneficial
