Position Title: Odoo System Analyst
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A leading retail and franchise group in the Middle East, managing iconic brands across beauty, fashion, toys, and food & beverage.
Job Description:
-Analyze business processes across procurement, inventory, production, finance, and project management, and translate requirements into optimized Odoo ERP solutions tailored for joinery/interior fit-out operations.
-Configure, customize, and support Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, Projects), ensuring seamless integration with BOQs, costing, and site execution workflows.
-Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot functional issues, conduct user training sessions, and ensure smooth adoption across departments (Design, Production, Site, Finance).
-Develop dashboards and analytical reports to track project costing, material consumption, production progress, and financial performance, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
Requirements:
-Open to Asian nationalities, 32 years old and below-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or a related field
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in Odoo ERP implementation/support (preferably in interiors, joinery, construction, or manufacturing)
-Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, Projects) and basic understanding of workflows/customization
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
