JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The following is a summary of the main duties for a Female Office Administrator in our team:
• Draft Tenancy contracts, addendum, MOU, NOC and other property related documents.
• Issue invoice and receipt and quotation.
• Work on Trakheesi system, submitting required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit.
• Screen and direct phone call/emails and distribute correspondence.
• Maintain and organize all the documents such as contracts, agreements, lease records.
• Performing basic photoshop or designing skills whenever is needed such as property report format.
• Edit videos for properties.
• Maintain report of the office expenses, able to balance account and petty cash.
• Have Real Estate Back Office Experience in Dubai.
• Experienced in WPS and Microsoft office.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Basic Photoshop and AI designing skills
• Basic video editing skills
