Employment: Full Time

Position Title: Office Administrator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation(3.5k AED if full package)
Job Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

About the Client:
Leading distributor and manufacturer of high-end carpets for consumer and corporate market

Job Description:
• Coordinate office activities and operations
• Maintain office filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, preparing payroll, monitoring clerical functions etc.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Create and update records and databases as required

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Male
• Open to Indian and Filipino nationality
• At least 2 years’ experience as an Office Administrator
• Experience from Furniture/Carpet or related industries is a plus
• Willing to be relocated in Umm Al Quwain
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
