JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Position: Office Assistant
Salary: 4,000 AED - 8,000 AED depending on the qualifications and experience
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

About the client:
The hiring company is a wholesaler and supplier of precious metals and stones.

Job Description
• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Managing filing system.
• Recording information as needed.
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Aiding with client reception as needed.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements
• Must Know basic Audit/Basic accounting
• Must have DMCC accounting background \ VAT experience
• Must be flexible to attend various exhibitions across UAE
• 3-4 years of work experience in accounting
• Quick learner
• Driving license (optional)
