JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
1. Proficient in using computers for daily office work, including but not limited to document processing, table analysis, email sending, etc;
2. Obey company arrangements, actively participate in team collaboration, and complete other work tasks assigned by leaders
3. Maintain good communication with team members and assist in solving problems encountered in work;
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area ensuring a professional working environment
5. Refilling supplies, such as table tissue paper and stamp ink.
6. Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible.
7. Should know how to prepare coffee or tea.
8. Assisting management personnel in a wide variety of workplace responsibilities.
9. Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.
10. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office and reporting to the admin secretary.
Requirements:
1. Strong English communication skill2. Good computer skill.
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 3,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
