Working for an Irish home help agency, we primarily prepare work schedules for the staff working abroad. Handling phone calls/emails, and dealing with emergencies are also part of the job. The nature of the job is supporting both our clients and our working staff on the field. Like a control tower, we are in charge of making sure everything is going on smoothly in our business and both clients and staff are happy with the service that is provided/they are providing.

Requirements:
We need people who are interested in office work. They need to be sympathetic and patient, enjoying teamwork. We need candidates who can speak/write fluent English. Also, the ability to work on a computer and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and basic knowledge of Excel are needed. Last, but not least, we can only employ candidates who have a valid visa (either family or employment). Tourist visas are not acceptable. We are based in Dubai, Deira.

Salary:
AED 5000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
