Charterhouse is working with a well-established regional investment firm, who is looking to hire an Office Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for reception duties such as welcoming guests and clients into the business with a professional manner, answering incoming telephone enquiries, making outbound calls, along with managing emails. This role will assist with preparation of presentations by scheduling meetings for management, booking meeting rooms and ensuring the room is well equipped for the meeting to take place.

In addition, this role will support the Operations Manager to assist in the smooth running of the office which may also include assisting with expenses, negotiating with suppliers, contract and licence renewals, liaising with landlords, facilities management, health and safety.

Our client is based in the DIFC, therefore it is advantageous to have experience managing records on the DIFC Portal, otherwise working within a similar industry will be of interest. As a proven administrator, this role will need to be highly organised, able to manage tight deadlines and represent the business in the best light at all times.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience ideally within the luxury space, professional services or financial services, however this is not mandatory. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, Arabic is an advantage.

Our client is looking for someone already residing in Dubai, with UAE working experience. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated individual, with exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment, whilst demonstrating working well within a team.
