JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Emirati Office Engineer (QA/QC) will oversee and maintain quality standards in engineering projects, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The role focuses on providing technical support, conducting quality inspections, and coordinating with project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes for ongoing projects.
• Review and evaluate project specifications, drawings, and documents to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify quality adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams to address quality concerns, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality records and project correspondence.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of quality-related issues.
• Stay updated with relevant standards and practices to continuously enhance the QA/QC process.
Requirements:
• Nationality: UAE National with a valid family book.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in QA/QC within the construction, infrastructure, or facilities management sector.
Skills:
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes, standards, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Proficiency in technical report writing and documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability: Ready to join immediately and work from the Dubai office.
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
