JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a high profile multi-national company. They are currently seeking a Facilities/Office Manager to join their team in Dubai. The candidate will be based in their Client's Dubai office location and be responsible for the following duties:

Job Responsibilities:
• Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members
• Run routine maintenance inspections
• Monitor interior and exterior areas of the office for cleanliness and general conservation
• Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
• Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
• Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling planned preventive maintenance (PPM) with specialized vendors
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Skills and qualifications:
• Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills
• Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Great leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent
• Hospitality Background
• Experience planning and maintaining Facility budget
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional leadership experience
• Contract handling experience
• Strong attention to detail
