JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Helper to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various operations and ensuring a smooth workflow within our organization. This position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment. As a Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in daily tasks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing positively to the team culture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations by performing various tasks as directed by supervisors and team leads.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable.
- Support team members in loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Assist with special projects and events as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Be willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in relevant fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a helper or assistant role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items as needed.
- Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing issues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as required by the role.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Salary:
AED 1,000 to 1,100 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Overtime, Food, Accommodation, Transport, Medical, Visa
