JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

BUDGET: 8,000 to 12,000 AED per month, depending on experience

On behalf of a financial company based in the DIFC, Swisslinx Middle East is looking for an experienced Office Manager to support the existing team and office.

Your role will include but not be limited to:
• General office management: ordering stationary, access cards, car parking access, payment of bills, etc.
• Visa applications and cancellations
• Assisting team with paperwork, onboarding documents, etc.
• Liaising with other members of the team

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you should have:
• Strong experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Well-organized
• Experience in DIFC an advantage

The right candidate will be presentable, well-spoken and comfortable dealing with senior management.
Please note that the remuneration for this role will fall between 8k to 12k, depending on experience.
