Job Description:
• Oversee the team, handle client inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and support the concierge team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and implementing office policies and procedures.
• Ensure consistent high-quality service by monitoring standards and resolving any operational issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Salary: Up to 8,000 AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A start-up Concierge Services aiming to provide wide array of personalized assistance tailored fit to client’s needs.

Qualifications:
• Open to Indians, British, and European nationals
• Female, 35 y/o and below
• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in luxury concierge services
• Must have strong ability to lead and motivate a team, ensure smooth operations and high level of service
• Proficiency in multitasking, managing schedules, and overseeing various tasks efficiently
• Skills in negotiating, maintaining relationships, and ensuring quality service from vendors and partners
