JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Job Description:
• Organize daily schedules, manage appointments, travel arrangements, and maintain records for easy access.
• Handle correspondence, draft and revise documents, prepare reports and presentations, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, draft minutes, follow up on action items, and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Adhere to company policies, support departmental KPIs, and ensure compliance with information security standards.

Requirements:
Position Title: Office Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 31K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Client:
A government organization in Dubai.

Qualifications:
• Open to UAE Nationals
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or related field, preferably from Secretarial school or institute
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably handling top executive / senior management office
• Must have UAE Family book
• Proficiency in MS Office software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
