JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are a trading company specializing in the sale of commercial and household coffee machines.
We are looking for Russian speaker Office manager/Administrative Assistant with corporate administration experience in UAE with the following job responsibilities:
• Personal assistance to the Director.
• With outsourcing services (government services included) of the company;
• With PRO services.
• Administrative and secretary support, including PRO duties.
• Execution of various assignments of the Director
Salary:
AED
4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Work experience: from 2 years of work experience as an Office manager/ Administrative assistant in UAE.
• Languages: Fluent Russian and English are mandatory, any further language is an advantage
• Personal competencies: strong communication, organization and planning skills, attention to details, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and pro-active approach, ability to work in team and independently
• Excellent knowledge of software applications (MS Office and Outlook, 1 system, Trello or similar Project Management tools
