Responsibilities
- Managing office operations, ensuring efficiency in administrative tasks and daily workflows.
- Serving as the primary contact for senior officials and distinguished guests visiting the office.
- Handling scheduling, correspondence, and logistical arrangements for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external entities to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Emirati- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in administrative or office management roles.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
