This is an exciting, tax-free opportunity for permanent residential staff roles in the UAE, offering a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm. Position summary

We are seeking an experienced offshore construction manager to lead and manage offshore construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within contractual requirements. This is a senior leadership position requiring excellent commercial, technical, and managerial expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead offshore construction execution across all phases of projects.
  • Review tender documents, client specifications, and scope of work.
  • Develop offshore schedules and execution strategies in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Manage subcontractor evaluations, procurement requirements, and marine spread mobilisation.
  • Liaise with clients, surveyors, and third-party agencies.
  • Ensure HSE standards and quality management systems are fully implemented.
  • Oversee daily offshore operations, audits, and reporting.
  • Control budgets, variations, and claims.
  • Manage project close-out documentation and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or naval preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of offshore construction and operations experience.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent contractual and commercial awareness.
  • Proven ability to manage large offshore teams and complex projects.
