JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be degree educated in Engineering, be API510 ( Certified Pressure Vessel Insepcto)  API 570 ( Piping inspection code and inspector) certification, Level II in Ultrasonic ( UT) Magnetic Particle Testing ( MPT) Liquid Penetrant Testing ( LPT) and Radiographers Testing ( RT) be NACE or British Gas Painting Coating Certifications and Certification Scheme for Welding and Inspection Personnel or American Welding Institute. Have a minimum of 10 years in service inspection offshore experience, minimum of 5 years experience as an OIE, in either the North Sea, Europe, USA/Gulf of Mexico or Australia. Thorough knowledge of engineering practices and calculation methods, design details, codes, static equipment standards and specifications from the ASTM/ASME/API. Strong knowledge level if inspection procedures, inspection techniques as well as inspection management systems such as risk based inspection
