The Company:
Our client is a house hold name Airline Company with a fantastic and most impressive track record. They have grown very quickly in the region and will no doubt continue to excel through innovative techniques and quality services.
They have recently set up a new Operational Research team within the business to support all functions on everyday operations. It is set to be an integral part of their continued growth and success worldwide.
The Role:
As a Senior Manager within the business you will be involved in any number of high profile strategic plans that will shape the future of the firm. There is a lot of investment in the future of this team as they see it as a very important tool in the constant search for strategic advantage.
You will be present throughout all phases of any project from origination to implementation to ensure the smooth inception of all solutions and as such you will be highly recognised within the business.
Key areas of the role will include:
Revenue Management
Revenue Optimisation
Scenario Planning
Complex Modelling
REQUIREMENTS
The Person:
Degree in an analytical discipline with at least 5 years Operational Research experience
Post Graduate qualifications in Operational Research or related disciplines involving quantitative research will be an advantage
Confident and competent in using a wide range of Operational Research techniques
Ability to demonstrate excellent influencing skills at all levels
In depth knowledge and understanding of the airline industry is beneficial but not essential
