Position Title: Operations Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation

A well-established group of restaurants in the UAE.
Job Description:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office space, which includes managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for employees
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office
• Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and organize files and records
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace (Health & Safety)
• Manage and control all documents (manuals, policies, procedures, logs) related to Environmental Health and Safety measures and HACCP and the corresponding reports
Requirements:
Qualifications:• Open to Filipino nationals
• At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
• Should have experience working with F&B / hospitality / hotel industry
• Having restaurant or hospitality background who and knowledgeable in HSE/HACCP is preferable
